Catie Haddrick (she/her) is a degree qualified Naturopath (BHSc Nat) who has a keen interest in reproductive health, hormonal conditions and gut health.

Catie uses a combination of a scientific evidence based approach along with traditional practices that builds the foundations of Naturopathy.

Her goal is to not only alleviate your current health issues but also equip you with the tools to maintain long-term balance and vitality. Catie may utilise comprehensive pathology and functional testing to uncover any underlying imbalances, thereby treating the root cause.

 Catie’s passion and clinical expertise includes:

  • Menstrual Cycle: PMS, PMDD, PCOS, Heavy, Painful or Irregular periods, Hormonal Acne, Post-Pill Symptoms, Endometriosis, Preconception support

  • Vaginal Health: thrush, BV, AV, Recurrent UTI’s, Painful Sex, Vaginal Dryness, Low Libido

  • Gut Health: IBS, SIBO, Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Reflux and Microbiome Imbalances

  • Nervous System: Chronic Stress, Burnout, Fatigue, Anxiety, Depression

You will find that Catie is a warm and friendly practitioner, who makes her clients feel truly heard, understood and supported. Catie is in clinic on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

We also offer Telehealth consultations with Catie. You can have your appointment from the comfort of your own home - no traffic, no waiting rooms,  no added stress.

If any herbs or supplements are recommended, they can be posted directly to you or collected from our Diamond Creek reception at a time that suits you.
